Crib Goch

Embrace the rugged exposure of the legendary Crib Goch and find a leader to help you to conquer the world famous knife-edge ridge. Not for the faint-hearted, Crib Goch has seen more than its fair share of accidents and even deaths over the years. In snowy conditions Crib Goch is a Grade 1 winter climb that requires crampon and ice axe skills, so in winter it's best left to those with lots of experience. Crib Goch is very exposed and offers few escape routes, and should be undertaken slowly and confidently. Find a mountain leader to take you safely along this iconic ridge!
