NeedALeader is designed to inspire people to explore the Great British outdoors and have adventures, by connecting them with qualified, competent, enthusiastic outdoor leaders, guides and instructors.
Hiring a professional to lead the way has many advantages. As well a carrying out the planning of the trip beforehand, a leader offers enhanced safety and a more enjoyable experience by using their expertise in navigating challenging terrain, assessing conditions, and providing first aid if required. Ultimately, having a leader maximises your adventure whilst minimising the risks.
NeedALeader is designed so that leaders can really show potential clients who they are and what it is they do. A NeedALeader profile is essentially an entire website for an individual to show off their skills, achievements and past adventures, as well as show feedback from past clients. After finding what they're after, clients are then able to book adventures, courses and events through the NeedALeader profile.

Built For Leaders, By A Leader
Hello, I'm Brave Dave! NeedALeader is a website which I have built from scratch after deciding to completely redo my old website (IAmBraveDave.com), and then realising that if I was going to put in all that effort, why not build a website which can be used by all leaders?
Rather than just be a website about one mountain leader who guides people in Snowdonia I thought that it would be much more interesting to have a site about lots of leaders, guides and instructors, who work throughout the UK and offer a whole range of adventures.
I've got a profile on here (check it out!), and if you're a qualified outdoor leader of some sort then you can have one too!
As well as posting the adventures, courses and events that you offer, this site lets you post images, videos, trip reports and client feedback. People browsing your profile will be able to get a real feel for who you are and what you do (especially if you post videos), and that will then inspire them to book you for an adventure or course!
